Terms & Conditions:
Deposit Policy: All new bookings are deposit based, all bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are to be paid directly to Eclipse Car Care via bank transfer only. The amount may vary depending on your location, package, or work to be completed.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation by the client. However, if we need to cancel your booking a full refund and explanation will be given
Due to the unpredictably of the British weather we may need to alter or rearrange the booking If we feel that the working environment will be not be safe or will impact our standards. The booking will be rearranged with 14 days of the original booking.
Disclosure of Vehicle Condition: If your vehicle has paint issues, mud, pet hair, mold, vomit, or blood, please send photos before booking to receive an accurate estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.
Customer Responsibility for Pre-Existing Condition: By booking with Eclipse Car Care, the customer acknowledges that they are aware of the vehicle’s current condition. Eclipse Car Care will not be held liable for any issues that become more apparent as a result of the detailing process.
Maintenance Bookings: All maintenance bookings must be kept within a month or the agreed time frame. If your vehicle has passed this stage, excess charges will be applied.
